Argentine President Javier Milei has touched down in Los Angeles ahead of the Milken Institute’s global conference, set to take place at the Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. This event will bring together a diverse group of world leaders from both politics and business. This marks Milei’s fourth trip to the United States since his election and third since taking office.

Among the notable attendees at the gathering are tycoon Elon Musk, former U.S. President Bill Clinton, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva, and former British Prime Minister Theresa May, among others.

Milei, the only sitting head of state at the event, traveled aboard the presidential ARG 01 aircraft, a Boeing 757-256 purchased by the Argentine government. The aircraft’s design emphasizes security, particularly following the country’s support for Israel in the Middle East conflict.

After landing, Milei took to social media to express his thoughts and plans for the conference. He will address the “Shaping a Shared Future” theme with Conrad Kiechel, discussing growth economics and convergence.

Later, Milei is set to meet with Elon Musk to discuss investment plans in Argentina and the Starlink satellite communication company. One-on-one meetings with Georgieva and Goldfajn may also be on the agenda.

The President is accompanied by key officials such as Karina Milei, Nicolás Posse, Luis Toto Caputo, and Gerardo Werthein. Additionally, he plans to meet with FIFA President Gianni Infantino to explore opportunities for private entities in Argentine football.
